I do not write reviews unless I am impressed and Not only was I VERY Impressed but this place pretty much saved me. My computer broke down and I do e-commerce online so my computer is pretty much my life line. I first went to another place but they said it could be 3-5 days which would be devastating. I then came to the clone shop and right away he told me to bring it in and took a look. After about 3 hours or so he was able to get my computer up and running. Had to reset/refresh the C drive and even backed everything up for me which was awesome because I have photos of my son and I which I would have lost. The cost was really great, fair and worth every penny! If you have any problems with your computer I highly recommend this place! Thank you again for the amazing service and able to get me back to work in the same day!

Charlie & his team are second to none. As soon as I told him my issue he knew exactly what the problem was, how to fix it & how much it would cost before I left his store. Unparalleled service…unlike those big box geek fixes. Do not take your computers anywhere else.
