No appointment needed — but here's what helps us get your machine turned around faster.
Bring the Computer
Desktop tower, laptop, or all-in-one — bring the machine itself. You don't need to bring monitors, keyboards, or mice unless the issue involves them.
Know Your Password
If you have a Windows login password, make sure you have it available — or are willing to reset it. We need to be able to log in to diagnose most software issues.
Tell Us What's Happening
The more you can describe the problem — when it started, what changed recently, any error messages — the faster we can get to the root of it. No technical jargon required.
