Estimates and Pricing

All computer repair work begins with a free diagnostic estimate. We will tell you the expected cost before any work is performed. You are under no obligation to proceed after receiving an estimate.

Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during repair. We will contact you before proceeding with any work beyond the original scope.

Data Recovery Disclaimer

Data recovery services are provided on a best-effort basis. We cannot guarantee recovery of data from damaged, corrupted, or failed storage devices. We strongly recommend maintaining regular backups of important data. The Clone Shop is not liable for data loss that occurs during or prior to a recovery attempt.

Web Design and Development

Web design projects are governed by a separate project agreement or proposal accepted by the client. That agreement takes precedence over these general terms for matters specific to the web project.

The Clone Shop retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Clone Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or equipment damage resulting from pre-existing conditions.

Intellectual Property
